The Restorators Water Damage Restoration

Restorators worked on several areas of our 100-year old home- water damage in basement, on original hardwood floors, warping of plaster in many spots. Mark was very responsive and willing to take on all elements, in contrast to some other companies who only wanted to take a certain piece (e.g. remove damage, but not renovate after). The wood restoration was remarkably well done given its complexity and older wood style (original from 1920s). Ron, the on-site boss, was extremely kind, professional and easy to work with. He too was responsive to feedback and did not hesitate to re-do things to meet our needs. The work did take many months to complete and the schedule was a bit unpredictable, however this reflects that a big part of their business is urgent and can take them away unexpectedly. I appreciated that the final invoice was not more than the estimate!
