Our neighbours hired Chicasa Design last year for their home renovation and were very happy (we also saw the work in their house and were very impressed). So we decided to go ahead and contact Ali to schedule a meeting. Working with their team was a breeze because they take care of everything and handle all aspects of the works professionally. Ali came in for an initial assessment and gave us lots of information and guidance about the work. They initiated our bathroom renovation promptly and we were able to get a good price without compromising product quality. have been wanting to add a bathroom in my basement and I was advised that permitting will cost me between 5k to 10k. I contacted Chicasa Design and Ali & Mo come in for consultation. The price for permitting only cost me $1000. I ended up renovating my basement and my master bathroom. They advised me and educated both my husband and I on how the procedure works.The final result looks beautiful. They paid close attention to every detail of the work.

The process was very smooth and hassle-free. We first met Ali who came in for an assessment. Then a quote was provided to us two days after, which was by far the most detailed and thorough quote we have seen from 7 different contractors. Right after signing the contract, we met the designer and spend a lot of time going through the designs. She was very patient and helpful and answered all our questions. A schedule of work was provided to us which indicated who will be working in our house and at what times. I found Chicasa Design on Home Star after doing some research about renovation companies in Toronto. My bathroom was in terrible shape and needed to be renovated. These folks were excellent in finishing the project in such a short time and on budget using good quality material. What I liked the most was the fact that we stayed well within the budget. Really really happy with the end results and would definitely hire them to do my basement.
