I had two load baring walls removed. Larcon was incredible and very gracious with their time to help plan and execute flawlessly. Everything was on time and exactly as promised. Job site was always clean during the process and especially upon completion. I honestly have nothing but praise for Holden and the team who worked hard and were a pleasure to work with. My Husband and I got a quote from Holden a few months ago. We decided to go in a different direction in order to save a few dollars. BIG MISTAKE. Our project was a nightmare from start to finish.

Wanted to remove a wall but needed advise and expertise if it was structural. Spoke to Holden and set us a meeting, he was very punctual supportive and very easy to talk to. Turned out the wall wasn’t structural so the job was not needed. Won’t hesitate to recommend him and this company and will definitely keep him in mind for future work.

After deciding to remove the wall between our kitchen and family room we had a few companies come by to quote. As soon as we met Holden we knew he was the perfect person for the job! We wanted to remove load bearing walls to open up our main floor. Holden took care of everything from submitting permit to the city for approval and installing supporting beam. Holden was very professional and he took his time to answer all our questions. He provided different options and helped us decide the best choice for the renovation. After the permit was approved, his team did a great job and completed the project on time.

I had a a sagging ceiling due to a poor job previously done at my house by a contractor. They opened up our kitchen without paying attention that the wall they removed was a load bearing wall, as a result we started seeing cracks all over the corners and ceiling.

I have dealt with many suppliers over the years, and have dealt with many contractors, plumbers, electricians, and specialists....and Holden who owns Larcon is BY FAR one of the best!

Simply, a very professional company.

We had a very long wall which separated the breakfast area and the living room. Now it has been beautifully flushed to the ceiling. It was done with no hassle: A clean job. Now You couldn't believe how much more light and space it has brought in.
