Holden and the team were exceptional from day one. True professionals in every way. We had a few complications actually caused by my own structural engineer, and they work through this patiently with me. They recognized the need to cause the least disruption to other home elements such as HVAC. They team was patient and answered all my questions to make sure I understood the process and even the options how I could complete the remainder of the renovation. Fully recommend. Could find a better and nicer set of guys who really know their craft. Highly recommend.

Holden and his team did an excellent job replacing a structural wall inorder to create an open concept. They were so professional in their work and also in explaining to us as they went along. They cleaned up after themselves every day. I am really impressed with the work done and would recommend them to anyone.

Holden and his team were great. The new beam spans ~20 feet & is quite impressive. The timelines Holden identified were spot on including the extensive delay to receive the building permit from the town of Oakville planning department. His team were friendly, professional and cleaned up each day before leaving. If you need a firm that specializes in structural wall removal I highly recommend you include Holden in the list of companies you talk to.

We have plans to re-decorate on our main floor and second level this year, and finish our basement a bit later. The basement plans involved removing a load bearing wall to open it up, and we wanted to have that done before re-decorating above incase the house shifted. All of the contractors we talked to either didn't want to touch the wall, or would only do it if they could do the whole basement. We finally came across Larcon Structural at the Home Show. Holden met us at our house on a Sunday evening to look at the job.. He quoted a very fair price, then brought engineers in to evaluate the structural design and draw up plans. Larcon took care of all the permit work, and performed exactly as they promised - on time, very professionally, and on budget. It was a fairly straight forward job aside from plenty of heavy lifting (carrying 50 bags of excavated concrete and soil out and 55 bags of concrete back in). In the end everything went perfect. We could not have found a better contractor to use, and give Holden and Taylor the highest recommendation possible. They even put up with me watching them work and trying to learn from them! You won't go wrong with Larcon

Saw Larcon at the homeshow and they were exactly what I needed - a specialist in beams and structural work. They had an engineer and helped with permits as well.
