The kids leave the nest and you look around and see your not just out of pocket but 25 years out of date. We updated our Master Bath said good by to the jetted tub, single sink and low light. Added hardwood to the main floor living and dinning rooms plus the stairs and hallways. Paint changes, ceiling and light fixture renewal to the current decade. Removed a dated glass block dividing wall to open up living and dinning areas. It was amazing, not without its challenges but overall was a smooth transition into a new millennium. Neil and his team were professional, thorough and in constant communication. Budget was discussed on an ongoing basis and came in well within the original estimate despite our changes and additions. It was a pleasure to work with them and would not hesitate to do so again or highly recommend.

We decided to develope our basement this fall and chose Rosewood Carpentry for the job. From the first moment we met with Neil, we knew we had made the right choice. I have nothing but great things to say about Rosewood Carpentry and I would recommend them to anyone considering either minor or major renovations!! I had been bringing different tradesmen in on my own during the first stages of my upstairs remodel and basement renovation in the hopes of saving money and I had been running into the kind of issues that can be expected (trouble with scheduling and trouble getting the different tradesmen to communicate about what they needed from one another). When I brought Rosewood Carpentry in to manage the rest of my renovation the whole project took on a new light for me. The man in charge (Neil Copely) was efficient, communicative and on top of everything that took place from the moment he stepped in the door. He made sure all of the work was of the highest quality, and the plumbers and electricians and other tradesmen that he brought in were respectful, punctual and amazing at what they did. In the end bringing Rosewood Carpentry in to work on my place saved me money as Neil made sure the different tradesmen that he was managing worked efficiently together and effectively communicated with one another (which can drastically effect the number of hours on your final bill). Bringing in Rosewood Carpentry also saved me countless hours of both worry/stress and time spent micro managing my own renovation. The finished product was of the highest quality and I highly recommend using Rosewood Carpentry on your next job whether it is large or small. The man in charge is a brilliant contractor and the kind of person you want to trust with your home or business.

I had Rosewood carpentry come in and replace some of the ugly fake wood doors and trim along the walls and windows in our house we were renovating. Neil came in and gave us a good quote, told us exactly what we needed and gave us some good ideas. (Which we'll use him for when we have more money) When the time came to do the work, he had it all done in a couple of days. Everything fit and looked perfect. It made our house look 100% better, and we get compliments when we have guests over. I'm picky with quality, and if my eye notices a flaw, it goes there every time I walk by. So I'm glad we found Rosewood because I haven't found any flaws. These guys are champions. You may get cheaper but you're not getting better quality work. Recommend 10/10

Meet with Neil for suggestions on how to update our kitchen and fix our flooring in kitchen which had been installed incorrectly by a local professional flooring company. Neil was always there when he said he would be, listened to me and when I was overwhelmed by choices quicky provided experts to help me. We ended up gutting the kitchen, new floors, in floor hearing, repainting house and restaining all the oak cabinets in family room to update house. He quoted me upfront for all the work and was done professionally and on budget. Neil is now my go to guy for any work we need done and have recomended him to family and friends

Neil and his crew did an amazing job - professional, hardworking, on time and on budget! This kitchen was old and dated so there a few "surprises" encountered when the old cabinets came down. Neil is very creative when it comes to solving problems and making things right - the end result looks great!!

I hired Rosewood construction to change the layout of my basement and completely refinish it. Neil was extremely professional and was great with communicating budget and timelines along the way. The finished product looked great and came in right on budget.
