I contacted 416 Window Cleaning for a quote when I got a flyer in the mail. I was immediately impressed with their customer service. Saeed was professional, kind and their prices seemed reasonable. To be honest, I didn't even bother getting another quote because the company made a good impression on me. Today Mike came to clean my windows (outside, inside & screens). I cannot believe what a great job Michael did on my windows and screens. They are just sparkling. They even took away a ripped screen to have it fixed. And Saeed was such a pleasure to deal with in booking the appointment; they completely accommodated my schedule and kept me posted as to exactly when they would arrive. I will be using them every year.
