Same Day Appliance Repair

John is a very nice, professional and courteous repairman who fixed our Maytag dryer and saved us from that awful squeaking noise. He went out of his way to find another part that was needed so he could complete the job that evening - otherwise, we would have needed to have him come back next week. He was mindful of our flooring and took great care. Will call them again.

I had several visits to try and repair an intermittent problem to no avail. The repairman who finally found and repaired the problem was fantastic. He actually looked under the machine and wiggled wires till he found the issue and repaired it quickly. Thank you for the best service and for not giving up it took him a while but he was determined and found the problem.

Very friendly and knowledgeable repairman who explained why halogen oven bulbs burn out after such a short life. I called in for my Insurance review . My oven is 15 years old now and I wonder if I’m getting insurance to cover any break down or whether at the end of this I will be told this is an older stove and cannot be repaired. You need to buy new. If this is so I am taking out insurance under false expectations. Anyway very helpful thank you for your extra help.

Talk about perseverance. The technician kept on working until the repair was done completely and to my complete satisfaction. He was open about what he was attempting to accomplish and moved immediately to the next attempt if he was unsuccessful. The problem turned out to be very subtle and he did a great job hunting it down.

We were completely satisfied with the service and especially impressed with the serviceman. He immediately started to cover his shoes when he came in the front even though I assured him it was not necessary as he was entering a plain old farmhouse. The part we needed was the lower rack for our dishwasher. Somehow it had become sprung and didn't want to go in properly. He adjusted it so it would fit better but also ordered us a new one. Mike came when he was scheduled and promptly started working on our Dryer. a large ball of lint come out of the lint duct outside which was very unusual. The reason that we wanted him to come was because we recently had a large ball of lint came out of the lint duct outside. He found that the dryer was clean so we are going to have someone out to check it out. We live in a retirement community and depend of maintenance to keep our place in a good condition.
