My roof was due to be replaced. As usual I consulted my trusted sources for reliable contractors to complete the work I need done. I obtained, analyzed, and compared approximately 10 quotes received from vendors through the BBB, HomeStars, and referrals.

I met with Edward, vendor # 8 from Sign Roofing. I was impressed with Edward's in-depth knowledge and honesty. Sign Roofing's quote was mid range on the spectrum from lowest to highest received. Although I asked and learned a great deal about roofing options and materials during Edward's initial visit, he didn't hesitate to return 2 other times (total of 3 visits) to answer additional questions that both my wife and I still had because we got overwhelmed with the plethora of information that we gleaned from meeting with multiple vendors.

Finally, we decided to proceed with Sign Roofing. On the day the work commenced the team arrived promptly at 7:45 AM and got to work right away. From start to finish I was impressed. Even more impressive was the fact that the ground crew not only cleaned up the wrapper/packaging on my lawn, they also walked over to retrieve wrappers that had blown over to my neighbors' lawns it being windy.

As a result of the impressive work done by Sign Roofing Team, 2 of my neighbors decided to hire Sign Roofing by the time my roof was completed.

I was delighted with the workmanship, customer service, and the great clean state of my yard when the crew left. This was surely money well spent.

A professionally finished roof in a single day!
We worked with Kevin to quote the work and choose the materials we wanted.
The crew and Kevin started one early morning two days later and finished it all up by late evening, including our choice of a membrane all over and new tower vents.
The work is done quickly with a relatively large crew. ThIs is quality work and they are all very respectful and clean.

We were very pleased with the service and work done by Yong and his team. We had received quotes from a few other companies who had come to our house, simply looked at our roof, gave us a quote and were gone in 5 minutes. Yong, on the other hand, took the time to go up to our roof, identify the problem areas and confirm that the shingles indeed needed to be replaced. He spent about an hour with us providing and explaining in detail the options on different types of shingles and vents. His service certainly stood out from the rest. The day the shingles were replaced went extremely smoothly. Yong and his team arrived just before 8am and were finished around 4pm. They cleaned up all the debris, including in our neighbours’ yards. Our roof looks fantastic and I would highly recommend them.

Jay and the team did an excellent job to get my roof replaced and also fixed the soffit and eave downspout leaking problems.

Jay came and inspected my roof and provided emergency water leaking service for free when he recognized a possible leaking problem.

The team came on time as scheduled and organized the whole work professionally - they use tarps and wide boards to protect the lawn and doors & windows, checked the decking before placing the new shingles as well as cleaned up the debris afterwards.

The only area I recognized possibly for future improvement is to provide protection to the wood structure around the house, such as the hand rail along the door way and the balcony rails, to avoid unnecessary damage.

Their sales rep Yong was Awesome. Project manager Rick was really nice very friendly. The crew did their job and worked very hard. The roof they put on is Designer. The clean up was done pretty well. They had a big mess to clean up. My roof had 2 sets of shingles. Over all AWESOME job Thanks guys! Highly recommended Sign Roofing Inc

Sign Roofing is absolutely amazing. Everyone throughout the process, from scheduling a repair of the job, were very easy to work with.
