Alex was knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. After being given the run-around by Shanks and charged $120 for a fruitless conversation with a plumber who deferred all my questions to a supervisor who didn't show up at my house as promised, I'm so glad I've come across Alex and Award Plus.
I would call him for any plumbing needs in a heartbeat and recommend him without reservation.
