Mega Snow Removal

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! A total nightmare never calls back never shows up, it's a complete waste of money. Do not use them!! Won't call back or reply to text messages.

I hired Danny for snow removal this year as my previous service moved. Disappointed. The contract says they plough at 5cm more. In Vaughan, we have had at least 4 snowfalls with an accumulation of more than 5cm. He’s cleared my driveway once and not very well either. I have a double driveway and he cleared only up the middle, leaving room for only one car. Now, I’ve been waiting for him to clear snow since Dec 22nd. Texted him numerous times. He indicated he was coming on the 25th. No show. He said he was on his way on the 8th. I am still waiting for him to show. When I called to speak to him about why he said his crew was on the way and then didn’t show, he hung up on me. He is definitely not a man of his word and doesn’t appear to be honouring his contract. DO NOT HIRE!!!!

I had hired this company and paid $300 for a single garage home.

They only came 1 times from the 1st snow storm.

2nd snow storm after Christmas 2017 didn’t come

3rd snow storm on dec 28 didn’t come.

The contract says snow operation will happen after more than 2 inches of snow. I have more than 5 inches of snow accumulated.

Texted the guy and asked when the truck will arrive. Told me he is not sure and told me stop texting him.

Terrible.

My mother in law hired him for snow removal this year and HE never comes. Conveniently he took payments in full and does not deliver what he promised. He never answers his phone and there is no vaoicemail. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Not very good service no one pick up phone or reply messages not recommended waste of money. Only came once for collecting check after that once an old man with small kid came and did half the work.
For sure will not hire them for next season
I hope people realize that people hire service because they need them but some people take advantage of needy people so sad

First snow fall, December 2016, no one shows up to clear snow. A message on his phone says that three trucks broke down and he will be there soon. Nobody comes, even the next day. It seems that the excuse of three trucks breaking down was used the year before. I am elderly and have a heart condition and I had to shovel the snow myself. Second snow fall and no one comes. This is a way to make money dishonestly, don't use this man. Fortunately we were able to stop the check for the second term. It is difficult to find someone to shovel snow half way through the season!

He is the worst had. I him last year and was not so bad AT ALL . This year we had to call him non-stop for him to come. he came 4 days after the snow fall. then 3 days after another. He only came when i called/texted non-stop. when they finally did come a poor job was done. walk way not paved and driveway done poorly. he is A BAD BUSINESS MAN DO NOT USE HIM AT ALL.

WARNING!!!! DO NOT give Dave a cent; complete nightmare dealing with these people. Took my parents for money and did not provide any service. The first snowfalls of the year and they have been missing in action every time. My dad is a disabled senior and having an icy and snowy driveway is extremely dangerous. We have made arrangements with another company.

So far we have has 2 snowfalls and on both occasions the service has been a disaster. The first snowfall we had to 'text' Dave cause Dave does not take calls and have his crew come back since they did such a poor job and left the laneway in an unsafe condition and when they came back the second time it was not done any better. For the second snow storm on Dec 2016 - no sight of the crew and the snow stopped 20 hours ago. When we texted him at 7am this morning he said his crew would be hear shortly.

My observations: 1) not a reliable company, 2) low standards, 3) crew does not know how to do the snow properly and manoeuvre their vehicle and 4) not trustworthy.

I hired Mega snow for snow removal this winter. They never showed up. Will not return calls and they have now blocked my number. I have put a stop payment on the second cheque. Only use if you want to throw your money away
