We just had our old parquet floors replaced with engineered hardwood on the main floor of our house. During the initial meeting for the estimate, Ralph not only provided professional service but also recommendations of products available for installation that work work best for the space (living room, dining room and kitchen with a toddler). On the date of the installation he arrived on time and did a wonderful job - top quality. He and his team are fast but careful, focused on detail oriented. Very happy with the floors - no problems thus far.
