Swift X Pest Control

I called Swift X and was promptly called by Mike.
He made a home visit and did a thorough job. Mike is a lovely personable and friendly guy. He even left extra baits at no cost to us.
I really appreciate the professional work conducted by him. Highly recommend him without any hesitation.

We had a minor mice infestation problem. Mike was responsive and customer service oriented from the beginning. He took the time to explain how the process worked, for me. The problem seems to have been resolved now.

Mike was super friendly, helpful, available and knowledgeable and made this process as painless as possible. When the issue persisted he never stopped paying attention or addressing the issue he just kept coming back, kept checking in and was a totally reliable person.
I’d 100% have no doubt ever again in hiring mike to get the job done and done well. He was greatnworh oear control! I actually cannot remember the cost so lt Nimber is random but whatever I paid it was reasonable for how much time and effort he put into it and never disappointed and kept his promise.

Mike was very professional and informative. Would definitely reccomend his services. It was reassuring to know that you could text or call him with any concerns and he would gladly follow up.

Swift-X did a good job. Bed bugs were gone in a couple of weeks. Actually, they did the same job twice - 10 days apart, and did not charge me for the second visit. They've followed up several times and were very responsive to emails and text messages.

A box elder insect problem presented to our home in late summer. I called Swift-X and Mike quickly set up a home visit. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The problem was dealt with most efficiently and Mike followed up shortly after with a phone call to check that all was well. Wonderful service! Would highly recommend.

We had random spiders in the house and centipedes creeping in the basement, plus moths that showed up in spring. I couldn’t take it anymore!! Mike explained the process, made a convient appointment within about a week, spent maybe 90 min and sprayed the whole house so thoroughly we haven’t seen a live bug inside since!! If only he offered to come clean up the occasional dead one I find :P
Super satisfied. Would definitely recommend and plan to call them to come every spring!!
