Met the owner, Taha, when he came to resolve a wasp problem in our home. He was very friendly and professional. He quickly spotted the source(s) of the problem and explained very clearly what he was going to do and what we should expect to see in the next few days. He was very thorough and diligent, making sure he sprayed all possible locations around the home exterior and in the basement where the wasps could be hiding. We are very pleased with the work that Contact Pest Control did in removing a very large wasp nest from our shed. They were very courteous and professional in the removal of the nest, from my intial contact with them and after the work was done. I called the company in the morning and they were at my place within 2 hrs time. After the removal of the nest they gave us warranty for a 3 months. After a day or two, the wasps came back and when I called Contact Pest Control, they came and removed the remaining wasps who had started making the nest again. The wasps are totally gone now. I had a carpenter ant infestation. They attended an applied pest control chemicals that were very effective. They followed up for aftercare service and eradicated some residual ants. On very short notice I had a minor construction project and they returned to ensure the ants did not affect the area under construction.

i will be using them for my annual pest control and have referred them to my mother-in-law.
