Brent was very thorough, though full and friendly. Took his time to make sure all aspects of the house were assessed and functional.

Chris provided a detailed report with lots of excellent photos that described issues, big and small, in the house that required remediation. This is the second time we have used Odds On Home and will be our first choice if we require another inspection.

Jon did an inspection for our new home recently. He was friendly, thorough with his work, and took the time afterwards to walk us through everything and ensure we understood/could answer questions in person, before sending us the report. He also included suggestions on items not flagged in the inspection to keep an eye on to prevent us from encountering damage or issues in the future to really set us up for success in our new place.
