Odds On Home Inspections

Brent arrived on time. I could not stay for the entire inspection but he took the time to explain the important considerations before I left.
I received the e-mailed report in a timely matter and it did not contain any unexpected information that was not discussed previously on site.
I believe the process went as it should

This is the second time weve used Odds on Home for a home inspection on property weve purchased.

We reached out letting them know we needed their services again and Chris replied pretty much instantly letting us know their availability which worked fantastic with our conditions on the new property.

Fast forward to the day of inspection we met with Brent. He was early already starting the inspection on the outside of the home when we pulled up. After he finished the inspection he showed us photos of the deficiencies he found (all minor stuff). Explained everything that he would recommend having taken care of prior to us taking possession. He let us know he would have the report emailed us to the following day. He actually had it sent over to us the same day as the inspection.

I reached out to Odds On for a home inspection on my new house, and they were very easy to work with. Despite very short notice, I was able to be quickly booked in for an inspection (<24 hrs.), and they were even able to easily accommodate a request for a timeslot outside of their normal offered inspection times. Jon was great. He was through and friendly. He made sure to explain everything before leaving and highlight all the things of concern or of note that he found during his inspection of our new home.

They were able to come out within 24 hours to perform our inspection. Timing was important in order to move our deal forward.
