Very through inspection and noted things that needed looked at immediately, soon and keep an eye on.

Chris came out to do a home purchase inspection for us. He responded within minutes to our original inquiry, quickly confirmed a date and time and forwarded all necessary documents and information ahead of time. When reviewing the inspection his thoroughness gave us such a boost of confidence in the home we are buying. The house is in great shape, but he showed such a high level in integrity in his inspection.

We are extremely pleased with the service Carl from Odds On provided for us. Not only were they able to accommodate us last minute, but Carls thoroughness saved us from buying a property that we thought was great, apart from otherwise minor issues, but instead turned out to have quite a few more serious problems. Carl spent about 3 hours at the property, carefully going over the inside and outside. He was happy to answer questions as he went along. At the end of the inspection, he alerted us to some serious concerns he had. We read the detailed and understandable report provided, and we were able to make an informed decision. We are still on our house hunt, and Odds On, and Carl, will be our first call when we make another property offer. I cant recommend them enough!
