I hired Tom to paint the first floor of a semi-detached real estate investment I have. When I say first floor, I mean the entire first floor, walls, doors, trim, ceilings and stairs. I had three quotes and the tenants only commented on Tom's professionalism. He did a great job, worked with the tenants for in/out access, and completed the job in the exact time he had estimated. The ceiling medallion looks great! A happy tenant is a happy landlord.
