Great company they did a Amazon job in my backyard. They are organized and we had no problem with them.

We hired Strong Base after another pool company left us hanging. Sometimes disappointing situations lead to better outcomes. Thankfully this was the case for us.
As a newly built home we had a fair size project: pool install, patio, backyard fencing, side walkway, front porch & driveway. The Strong Base crew were very thorough, quick, and always left the job site clean. Biwar & Steve were always quick to respond to any questions. Biwar truly prides himself in ensuring his customers are more than satisfied. We are very happy with outcome and would definitely recommend Strong Base for any size project.

The pool came out beautiful. The construction process was very quick and efficient. Communication between management and the workers was great. The crew was very disciplined and left the jobsite clean every time they left. We are extremely happy with the final outcome.

I had nothing but problems with this company. They were always busy and not responsive to my calls or texts. Had BIG problem sticking to schedule and delayed the project for weeks if not months. On the first day of construction the bobcat driver rammed into my shed. So they spent half day fixing my shed but didn't tell me about it. I only found out from a family member who took photos of the incident. The foreman in charge did not understand the design, so they spent the next day correcting the work they did on the first day. They stopped coming after about 3 days of actual work with less than 50% of the work completed. They left debris on my lawn (which they supposed to replace but did not) for weeks. The owner came to collect money but refused to take any responsibility for damages, delays, and incomplete work. I paid them for work completed but had to find another contractor to finish their work. I would not want to deal with this company again.

A little over a year ago we decided to install a pool in our backyard. We had about three or four contractors lined up to get pricing from. Steve from StrongBase was the second one. After we sat with him we ended up canceling the other meetings and quickly signed on with the StrongBase team. Steve walked us through the whole process in detail. Steve was always available to answer our questions and field our excited and frequent asking of when his team would be able to start.
When they started at end of March the team was swift, clean, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable in what they were doing. During the whole process which lasted no more than 5 weeks did Steve ever ignore us or not return our call. His site supervisor Mike was always available to answer questions or walk with my wife or I and explain what was happening and what was coming up next.
This is the first time we have ever done this big of a project in our home and could not be happier with StrongBase and the work they did.
Steve definitely made it feel like we were dealing with a close friend rather than some random Project Manager.
My family and I are incredibly appreciative of the work StrongBase did and we are are very excited to spend a ton of time on our new backyard for many years to come.

Steve came and gave me a quote in March and agreed to come early in the spring. His crew came last week and completed the work. They did a great job and gave me good advice as issues arose during the work. Strong Base will be my go-to guys for other work I need done for sure.

We had a deck that was falling apart and was not safe at all. Steve and his team came and gave us a beautiful patio that is now safe for our children.
The work was done fast and everything was clean after that.

Had a fibreglass installed in 2019. September of 2021 we discovered a 2 ft crack in the deep end. After research we decided not to resort to fibreglass but put in a liner pool instead.
Strong base came in and within 7 weeks removed the fibreglass pool and all landscaping and basically started the job anew. Their workmanship, attentiveness to detail, knowledge and know how exceeded our expectations.
They are timely, hardworking, stand by their word and we would highly recommend them.
Being December we dont have pictures to post however come the spring we will post pictures of our gorgeous pool and landscaping.

Faced with travel restrictions back in 2021, and like many, we had the desire to create our backyard oasis. After conducting a thorough search of pool installation companies, I hired Strong Base in the spring of 2021. After wrapping up the project in the fall 2022, we can look back at our experience with Strong Base without regret as they created a backyard beyond our expectations! Despite many hurdles obtaining permits and labour and supply disruptions, Steve exhibited persistence and tenacity to ensure we were satisfied where this project was headed. When it came time to start this project. considering the scale and many aspects of the design, (i.e., pool, spa, outdoor kitchen and tv wall) Biwar, Vince and crew performed their work with mindfulness and as smoothly as possible with care to minimize disruptions. We thank the entire Strong Base team for creating an oasis we thought we can only dream about!

Biwar and his team are absolutely amazing. We are over the moon with the results of our backyard and pool installation. They took our unused boring yard and turned it into an oasis. Summer can't come soon enough. Their work is of the highest standards and we highly recommend them.
