I had recently did a major rennovation and had keys t my existing stairs. During the rennovation process the stairs got damaged with all the tradesmen, tools and etc. Causing nicks and scratches. Was referred to peter and saw all his reviews on here and his worksmanship on Instagram. Had him come out and sanded and refinish the stairs and was super happy with how it came out. Peter and his crew was on time, priced very fair and was able to finish before the Christmas deadline which was a bonus! Will defiantly refer and be using on future projects.

We met Peter in 2015 - he came by and gave us an estimate and shared information about his process with us. He emailed the exact quote to us, patiently answered many of our queries over a period of months and when we finally decided to go ahead, he scheduled it weeks in advance giving us enough time to relocate our furniture , etc. He stuck to his dates and in febuary 2016, he completed the staining in a timely manner.
The old, tired oak flooring was beautifully stained to the precise color that we decided on and to this day (almost 4 years later), we receive compliments about how beautiful our flooring is. Total area that was stained: 500sqft.

Premiere Stairs and Floors have provided their services on multiple projects for me. Everything from sand in place, engineered and pre-finished flooring to glass, custom metal and wood railings and guards as well as a multitude of stair designs. They have strived and succeeded in providing a product that stands up to even the keenest eye.

Premier Stairs and Floors did an exceptional job on one of my Custom Homes for a client in Oakville. They were in charge of the main stair case as well as the railings and they executed the vision perfectly. With easy coordination, I was able to set up meetings with Peter directly on site with the client to ensure that all parties were on the same page and the clients was going to get exactly what they imagined.
All in all Premier is a great company to work with and they truly care about giving you that spectacular staircase, railing and floor you've always dreamed of.

Premier was contracted to produce a difficult radius set of stairs for a client and did an amazing job - client was very happy.

Peter and his team are amazing! Super responsive, very competitive in pricing and the quality of materials and workmanship are outstanding. I asked Peter for multiple quotes on different flooring options which he provided without hesitation. He answered all my calls and finished the floors exactly as I wanted. He even responded to my texts when he was on vacation in Poland! Thanks Peter and team for everything!

At first I was worried about refinishing my stairs because of the mess it would make, but Peter and his team managed to make my stairs look brand new without a big mess — could not be more satisfied with the results and highly recommend this team for any stair building or refinishing projects!

We had Peter and his 1 man crew come in and complete our flooring (whole upstairs and main flooring), stairs and all our baseboard and trim, included the “chaulking” done. We paid an outrageous amount of money for this job to completed and you tell me if it was worth that amount. Not to mention his contractor decided to cut all the flooring and baseboards inside our home while I was 7 months pregnant and had children living there. It was the middle of summer and
could have had the decency to cut outside. Dust was flying everywhere.

Edit to respond: I’m not sure where you think we’d be living for over a month?? This was our home... my 10 year old son would need to attend school. Yes, both my husband and I work, so we were not home during the day but we work a 9-5 day and we’re home every weekend even though we would try to go out every day to give your 1 man some space to work. It’s hilarious you can tell me that no one lived there because we never saw you. You only came when we had a complaint. And yes I was 7 months pregnant when this job was being done. You can keep telling yourself that this was a perfect job “other then the chaulking” but you can clearly see in pictures that this was not a perfect job. When you pay this much money for flooring and stairs to be completed, you’d except perfection. In our case, we got dooped. Like look at the heat register, it would have taken your partner 1 minute to cut another piece but clearly this is the botch work, you say is quality. This is many of the flaws we found, that were hidden from us.

We are SO happy with our new stairs! Corey and Peter were a great sales team and very professional and the craftsmanship...beautiful! It completely transformed our home and we are so happy we went with Premier :) :) :) :) Beautiful
