The old adage 'When it rains it pours' can be so fitting sometimes. Late last year the water supply line leading into my home burst. And, just last month water started oozing up through some cracks in my basement floor. In both cases I was desperate and in need of assistance fast, so I called Serhiy and he made time out of his hectic schedule to stop by my home and diagnose the issues.

In both cases I employed Serhiy to remedy the leaks.

He always answers his phone and returns your messages. 5. His post service is great - I made a request to have a discharge pipe relocated and he obliged.

The technician came on time and diagnosed the problem. He then used a power snake to fix it. The drain was then tested and the clog was cleared. Overall, a great experience

Highly recommend Tornado Plumbing and Drains. They have a great system to notify clients of the upcoming work, even including photos of the workers wholl be coming to your home. On the first day, Serhiy took the time to explain all that was happening and answered our questions.
The crew worked very diligently and put in long days to replace not only our lead supply line but also our outside clay drain pipe. The clay pipe was additional scope following our request for an inspection on the first day. The crew tacked on the additional scope without any issues and provided good recommendations and suggestions to inform our decision to complete the additional work. The crew was considerate, safe, kept the work site contained and did a good job cleaning up after they left.

The easiest part of the job was hiring Tornado Plumbing and Drains repeatedly over the course of 2 broken toilets, a faulty kitchen faucet and a broken drain. The toughest part was finding Tornado in the first place: Theirs was not the first plumbing office I called. I held-out, patiently, for quite a while to find the right plumber: to do great work, at a great price, clean efficient, prompt and most of all to be treated fairly and respectfully and honestly in my home. 100% professional: that was Tornado-Plumbing, Peter and the receptionist. I never had plumbing mishaps before - then 2022 brought a series of 'small' jobs, in quick succession.
I was glad to hire and re-hire Tornado Plumbing and would do it again. They deserve your business, your kindness and respect in return. They deserve hassle-free, prompt paying customers because they provide pro hassle-free quick easy service.
Jobs start at about $200 not less + at the time I used them, estimates were free. Lots of other plumbers want a minimum $60 and way beyond that $$ just to come-take-a look, and may do nothing else, (since they are desperate to move on to another call quickly), or worse.

I appreciate the organized way in which Serhiy conducts his business: responds quickly to inquiries and gives a quote, sets a 2 hr. appointment window (he arrived within the earlier half of the window), sends a text when hes on his way and calls to inform of his ETA.
He was friendly and fixed the problem. I have used him twice and would not hesitate to call him again.
