My garage door spring broke last night. Albert replied within minutes of me contacting him on HomeStars even though it was already 9PM. He gave me a 3 hour window for the next day and a quote for the repair.

Today he showed up on time, fixed the problem quickly and charged me exactly what we agreed upon. Fast and efficient, would definitely use his services again. Thank you!

I was fortunate to chose Capital Garage Door Ottawa, when had difficulty
opening using the keypad. We were puzzled because we had no trouble opening it with the remote controls. I assumed it was wired into the garage, although I did look at the keypad and wondered it there was a battery there, but it seemed hard to open and I did not want to break it. I also wondered how a battery could last as long as this one must have. Albert asked me a few questions and suggested that I needed a new battery. With his encouragement I managed to open the keypad and put i a new battery. Of course it worked. I asked Albert how much I owed him for his time. Several emails had gone back and forth. Albert 's
response was SMILE! He could have made an appointment and charged a hefty service charge. His kindness is much appreciated.

Albert spared us a lot of headaches as we've had to open and close our garage door manually. It turned out the problem was a simple one that he diagnosed and fixed quickly. He had me open and close the door (using the opener) several times to reassure himself and me that the repair was indeed complete.

The technician came an hour or so after I called. He was very efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. In addition to replacing the broken part he did other routine maintenance on the opener. The cost was very reasonable and payment by credit card was very easy.

Had a broken cable due to rusting brackets. Albert explained my options new cable or new cable+brackets. Explained the latter would last 5-10 years. Good price and quick efficient service. Will go through Albert again.
