One of the torsion springs on my garage door broke. Albert was prompt on the phone and came over the same day to repair it. He gave matter-of-fact advice and fixed it up, replacing both springs. So far, the door is operating just fine.

Both support cables of my garage door came off of their pullies, so I called Capital Garage Door at approximately 7:45 am. The phone was answered promptly by Albert, and after I explained what happened I asked him for a "ball park" estimate. He said that he could be there that day; asked what time was convenient for me, and gave me an estimate over the phone. To my surprise: he arrived 10 minutes early, fixed the issue for exactly the price that he quoted me, and gave me some great tips to prolong the life of my door.
