We hired Quality Assured to repair an area on our roof. Perry took his time and answered all questions, he ensured that we understood what was going on, took pictures of the damages and show us. He provided a quote and was very responsive to our additional questions. The work was done on time and on budget. They cleaned up and left a tidy worksite; AJ did an amazing job on roof as well. Their honesty, professionalism and pride in their work was very much appreciated in a time when finding honest people is hard. Our gutters were in rough shape, and our roof had several large holes that could be accessed by critters. Perry obviously has many years of experience in the industry, and gave me a thorough breakdown of all of the roof's existing problems and their level of severity, and pointed out spots where future issues may be developing. Perry and his team did a terrific job sealing up those holes and replacing our busted gutters. They worked quickly and cleaned up their worksite impeccably. I highly recommend them and plan to use Assured for all of our future roofing needs.

Perry and his team were friendly, did their work within the time they said they would, and cleaned up after themselves. They went above and beyond cleaning up some raccoon mess, prettied up some old flashing on the house, and a few other appreciative extras to make the garage more presentable and critter resistant.

In the summer of 2020 Perry and his team went above and beyond to replace our flat roof, install new perimeter flashing and a new soffit where there ought to have been one, gutters, and (since the roof was already open) install a new bathroom exhaust fan. While removing the old roofing, they discovered that our chimney had deteriorated to the point of collapse. They fixed for us before continuing on the roof. Everything seems to be holding quite up well. I would highly recommend them. Great guys!

Water was coming down side of house and getting inside due to previous poor install of flat roof and fascia/eavestrough. Perry clearly explained and showed what the issues were and steps needed to repair. Quote was competitive for the job. I would definitely recommend this roofing company. Some of the aluminum framing on our roof and around an attic window had come loose and fallen. Perry and AJ did an excellent job with these repairs. Perry is very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain the work that needed to be done. They take the time to get the job done properly. I would use this company again for any roof issues.
