BOUGHT A WAGJAG DEAL FOR DUCT CLEANING. BOOKED AN APPT FOR MARCH 8 FOR 10 AM WAS TOLD THEY WILL BE THERE BETWEEN 10 AND 12. I SAID NO AS I NEEDED TO WORK IN THE AFTERNOON, IT HAD TO BE 10 AM. HE SAID YES YOU WILL BE THE FIRST. 11 AM NO CLEANERS, CALLED BACK, WAS TOLD I WOULD GET A CALL BACK, HE WAS CHECKING ON WHERE THEY WERE. 12 NOON I CALL BACK AS NO ONE HAS RETURNED MY CALL. I GET THE MACHINE THIS TIME AND HAD TO LEAVE A MESSAGE AS NOW I WANT MY MONEY BACK. VERY POOR WAY TO RUN A COMPANY. NO EXCUSE,NO RESPONSES. BAD COMAPANY!!!!

They didn't show up for my appointment on 3 different occasions, and didn't even bother to call and let me know; I had to call and call and call because they wouldn't pick up. Customer service is terrible, this is the first time I purchase this type of service so I don't even know if actual work was properly done, so I won't write about that. I must say they have prices like everyone else but have the worst customer service I ever had ever!!!! Book them if you don't have anything to and want to wait all day for days

Called and booked appointment for Dec 29 and no one showed up. Called they told me appot for Dec 30. Dec 30 no one showed up. Called 31 and no one answering the phones. I have paid and no response. No reliable. DO NOT BOOK. I repeat DO NOT BOOK.

I have fairly large house with two furnaces and had just gotten through with major renovation so ducts were filled with dust. daniel and his team were very competent and thorough. I was very pleased.

uzman was great! uzman was able to clean my dryer vent in only about 40 minutes-quick and easy. Also, prices were great compared to competitors.

They came exactly on time. They left the place clean. The before and after pictures were good to see. I highly recommend them. Will use them again. They said three years from now.

Had my ducts cleaned by them--they miscounted the vents and never came back to confirm and provide a refund. Also promised an additional credit of $30 because of the dirt they had created on my carpet (that I cleaned up with carpet cleaner).
