From the 1st phone call till the day the service was done, I had a very good professional response from this company. TJ and Arsalan were the two technicians who did the job at my place. They were very clean, meticulous and explained every step along the way.

I recently hired Unique Furnace & Duct Cleaning to do duct cleaning in my house. They did an excellent job while explaining the process and providing recomendations for future. The techs were courteous and well trained. They made sure that my floors and walls dont get scratched with their equipment. I would definitely use them again.

The technician Abhay was really nice. But being nice does not equate to good quality of work. They have done what they need to do, clean the ducts, vents including the dryer's. However, I would consider their overall work as sloppy. They just left the residue scattering around the vents, left our carpet in the basement dirty (from their suction tube) as they did not use any protector, left the lint dryer residue on our backyard and drilling another hole on the duct because he did not see the existing one (well to be fair, he apologized for that). So I ended up vacuuming the dirt around our vents, shampooing the carpet, cleaning our backyard and of course, receiving complaint from our neighbor that the dryer lint scattered in their area. So there goes $339 down the drain where this job should had only been $80. Each one has their own experience, but based on mine, I will definitely not recommend it.

***July 16, 2019. I received a call from the owner of the company apologizing regarding the work conducted and acknowledging that this should had not been the work performed. I appreciate the acknowledgment that this will be corrected.
