Asif was quick to respond to my inquiry and offered a great well thought out proposal for a cold climate heat pump to meet my needs. The price was right. The installation guys were great, professional and very helpful, even set up all the technology on my phone for me. I could not be more happy with their service.
Now I am looking forward to doing my bit for climate change this winter.

I hired Furnace & AC Experts to install a new air source heat pump and gas furnace to take advantage of the Greener Homes Grant. Asif did a thorough job explaining the options and recommending a system that would suit our needs and qualify for the grant. The installers were professional and a pleasure to work with and I was happy and surprised they were able to complete the entire job in two days. I would definitely work with them again.

Just wanted to thank you for sending Osamah to us so quickly. He was diligent in his work to figure out the problem with the new heat pump, even though it meant coming back yesterday evening after a very long day out in the heat. Our AC is working wonderfully now, while we await the longer term fix of the refrigerant leak. Osamah communicated his schedule well, arrived when he said he would, and explained his process and findings to me clearly. We are very appreciative of his efforts and expertise.
