Our original furnace was red-tagged and shut down on a Saturday morning in November. After seeing all the glowing reviews, I called this company and Asif helped me right away. He did a consultation via video call and gave us a good price on a Carrier with a good warranty. The first appointment to get it installed was Tuesday, so he spent his Sunday afternoon calling all of his Monday appointments to see if any non-urgent ones would swap appointment times with us! By Monday afternoon the new furnace was in, the PVC pipe going outside was up to code, the furnace room was left spotless, and the house was warm. Also, the furnace has a lower BTU, but because its more efficient, we can set the thermostat a few degrees lower and be just as comfortable. Asif followed up afterwards to make sure we were happy. I definitely recommend this company.

New Mitsubishi Zuba Cold Climate High Efficiency heat pump was installed in October 2023. The company removed the previous HVAC system (gas furnace and AC). Job was completed as scheduled and clean up was done to my complete satisfaction. Thanks Asif. John, Osama, Parm, and Sumit have done a good job.

From start to finish this project was completed perfectly. HVAC Consultant Asif took the time to review my energy audit report to size out my system and explain the features of heat pumps. He went over the pricing options and explained all of the federal govt rebates and loan programs available. During installation John, Ayaz and the rest of the crew of 4 arrived on time and laid out drop sheets before starting work. During the 2 day install everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and very tidy. They explained the system in detail and went over the control functions before they left.

They listened to our requests and put in slim ducts to cover all our lines outside, and did an excellent job with installation of the interior unit. They also clean up after the installation.

I did a very diligent search on this and other forums for a reputable company to replace my conventional A/C and gas furnace with an air source heat pump (ccASHP) including replacement of my water heater with a tankless heater and ended up identifying Furnace & AC Experts as one of the best contractors for that kind of work. I was not disappointed in practice. From the initial detailed discussions with Asif on which system is best suited for our needs to the exacting work of the very professional team of installers led by Sumit and Osamah, it was clear that I was justified in my selection. We met with 3 different providers looking to have Heat Pumps for our home. We chose Furnace AC Experts and have had no regrest from the very first meeting with Asif. He came over and discussed our options. He provided a very prfessional and detail quote. We had tons of questions and he responded very quickly and professionally.

I wanted an all electrical replacement for our current natural gas system.
These guys are great, from advising us on the heat pump replacement heating and AC as well as for water heating to the full installation.. Asif looked at our current natural gas installation which was well dated and suggested a Zuba heat pump and a Rheem water heater.
This solution was more expensive than other proposals we got, but all these other proposals included a hybrid heat pump that included a gas furnace which we didn't want.
Around 5 weeks after we decided to go with the full electric solution everything was installed. The crew worked very professionally, removing the old appliances and installing the heat pump solution.
All the work was done without any disruption for us and everything worked very smooth.
We are very satisfied with the job these guys did, everything was done in time and exactly to the price they stated in their proposal.

Our AC was broken and with the government rebates decided to replace with a heat pump as well as our furnace, which was nearing it's end of life. Asif was knowledgeable during his assessments, easy to reach throughout the process, and not pushy with the services.

Our installation occurred around 2 weeks ago, and the team was very professional as well. They laid down tarp to move through the house, were personable, and explained their work clearly. The installation itself took 2 days. And so far, the system has been great. Would definitely recommend.
