They mass up the fixing thr furnce . i got the high efficiency one but it used gas more then my old furnce i complan and thry change the fillter side and they say any issuse call them but i called them so many times but they didnt get back to me still my gas bills are really high if you can look in this matter and fix the furnce i would really appreciate thank you

We are concerned about your complaint but you bought a brand new Performance series high-efficiency 96.7% Carrier gas Furnace manufactured with high quality standards. We just installed your Furnace after replacing your existing one.

If your gas bills are high there are several other reasons, you have to look into wall and Attic insulation in the house, leakage around the window, leaky ductwork, gas suppliers rate increase and thermostat temperature settings. New Furnace will definitely be consuming less fuel than the old Mid Efficiency furnace, so your point regarding your high gas bills are more related to other factors than just the furnace, as I explained above.

There is a nice guidelines on CMHC website (Canadian mortgage and housing society) about how to make your house more comfortable and winterize and make it more weather proof to reduce your gas bills.

You are not the only customer where we installed this high-efficiency furnace, we install hundreds of these furnaces every year and all other customers are completely satisfied with their gas bill.

WORST SERVICE EVER -DO NOT USE THEM

they installed a mitsubishi split system a year ago and it has only worked for 3 months. i have left them over 30 messages and they DO NOT RESPOND!!
they should not be in HomeStars!!

Even Mitsubishi sent their representative to check your equipment. In our last visit with Mitsubishi technician everything was ok and your system was working fine. I am sorry to say but I don't know any other way to satisfy you. If you have any issues you can directly contact Mitsubishi and we can send our technician along with them to answer your concerns because we couldn't find any performance issues in your system.

Asif and his installation team helped removed a old, large mid efficiency furnace and installed a new Payne furnace. Installation went smooth.
The installation team was very professional and helpful. Guys did good clean up after the installation was complete.

Compared with the offers from other big players in the furnace market, we took the official offer from Furnace and AC Experts through RONA, not the hand-writing on lined paper offers from others, which do not look professional.
Asif and his team are very friendly to answer our questions and provided the information that we did not get from other sources, which played an important role in decision making process.
Before and after the installation date, Furnace and AC Experts contacted us several times to ensure the satisfaction. On the service day, the installation team, Hadi and John came on time. Soon they found the deformation on the furnace body and arranged delivery of a new unit. They apologized the delay but managed finishing the job by scheduled time frame.
The installation place looks clean and neat, and unit works as it should be. Hadi and John were very patient to explain our technical and maintenance questions. We are sure we will continue to receive their high quality extended warranty service.
Overall, we are pleased and satisfied with the services that Furnace and AC Experts provided, and happily recommend them.

From starting to finish they provided there best to do the job. I had called couple other contractors before hiring Furnace Ac experts, but all of them was not ready to take the installation at my house as it was bit tricky. But Asif from Furnace Ac experts handled it really well and sent his best crew for the job.
They finished the job in about 8hours.
But they did an awesome job. Will be recommending them to my family and Friends.
