Working with Ian at Tailored ‎Living was truly a pleasure. I can be picky and a perfectionist and Ian was very patient and accommodating. He also offered professional insight and suggestions that made for the best possible outcome.
The difference in cost from doing it ourselves was merely a few hundred dollars, but without the prep, time, frustration, etc. that comes with DIY. Ultimately, you get what you pay for and I got professionally designed and installed closets absolutely hassle free at a super affordable price.

We had an excellent experience with Tailored Living and Ian who came out and gave us a reasonable quote after I called the company. That same evening he sent us a computer generated drawing that allowed me to visualize what the closet would look like. Ian was very flexible in making a change that we realized after seeing the drawing and he immediately sent us a new drawing. In terms of installation, they came early and left early with a beautiful closet at the end of it. We are thrilled with the new closet and space that we have to hang stuff as well as the lovely shelves and drawers. From start to finish, it was a stress-free experience and Ian is a pleasure to work with. I'm sure we'll call him again when we're ready to do the kids' closets.

We were planning to build closets for our rooms in our bungalow which is always short of storage space. We searched online and contacted a few companies. The only person who responded promptly was Ian from Tailored Living. He not only replied to the email but also sent a sample layout of the closet based on the measurement of the room we gave him. He was very professional and pleasant to deal with. He came to our place and worked with us to get the best design. He was very flexible and even accommodated a drawer unit that we bought from IKEA to be fitted into the closet. He gave a date and time when he would come in and install the closet and stuck to the schedule. The quality of the closet is top-notch and the workmanship is awesome. We got so happy with the closet in one bedroom, we engaged Tailored Living to build another one in the second bedroom. The cost is reasonable.The fatherand son team did a great job!! We are happy that we found this company and we highly recommend engaging them for any closet work.

Our clothes finally have space. My bedroom linen is laying flat on a shelf with room to spare.
Tom's shoes are off the bedroom floor and tucked away perfectly.

Yes I would certainly give you a good review. I am very happy with the closets and they are almost full now. I would definitely use you again. Bill said your closets are much better made than the ones we got from Organized Interiors at our last house.

This is not a complaint - If I was to do the front bedroom again I would put the shelves to the side a little as where the sliding doors meet in the middle makes it hard to put your clothes on the shelves, also I would make them 4" wider so I can get two stacks of sweaters. The other two are PERFECT.
