Love Your Stairs

From product selection to instillation Rizwan and his team did an amazing job . It looks stunning and would definitely recommend this company . Adding this to our home just finished it up and I wish that we had done this sooner Thanks you for a very professional and personal experience throughout.

I was looking to carpet the attic stairs to my son's new third floor bedroom. They're quite steep and I didn't want him to slip in the middle of the night. Rizwan responded to my email almost right away, brought samples and arranged for the installation within a week. Very clean, satisfactory experience.

Excellent job from start to finish.

We were introduced to many selection of colors to match with our floor color Rizwan at his prestigious showroom located in Improve Canada Mall.

At the start of the installation, three very professional installers were introduced and they worked very diligently to meet the schedule but not compromising the quality. We were guided with valuable advice through the project on where to get the best quality material and at a very good price.

At the end as it’s very obvious from before and after pictures below that we had a complete facelift of our stairs and created a very modern look.

Rizwan exceeded our expectations above and beyond. Thumbs up to him and his professional installers.

The attention to detail was non-existent with his team for my stair refinish and new railing and spindles installation.
• the stairs and some parts of the new posts and railings are rough (not sanded and smoothed properly), and part of the handrail is splintering
• stain/paint lines on the 2-tone stairs are a complete disaster and not straight (I have resigned myself to redo)
• the stain is inconsistent on the refinished steps
• the part where the railing meets the wall has noticeable holes at the top that have not been properly covered, and the wall behind was not patched up prior to installation to accommodate
• a couple of the spindles do not line up with the others properly
• screw holes on the underside of part of the railing that was not patched up when they had to redo some spindles
• some of the spindles are not flush at the top (where not cut down enough to accommodate the top part). These are just the items that are still outstanding.

Items redone when noticed during work in progress included and were fixed while the crew was onsite:
• spindles not spaced out correctly
• Spindle shoes facing every which was (they had to remove most of them and reposition the spindle shoes)
• the railing was sticking out 2” and looked like it was taking up 1/3 of the steps (complete railing needed to be removed adjusted to 1” as I originally requested)
I was going to use them to redo the hardwood on my main floor but chose to go with another flooring company due to the lack of attention to detail from this company. They do a great job on carpeting (which they replaced on my second floor), but stairs are not something I would recommend them for.
Despite contacting Rizwan numerous times since September, it took over 3 months for the stair/railing installer to even come back to my house to look at the deficiencies. Needless to say, the items were never fixed.

The owner Rizintan is an amazing person! He was very kind,thoughtful and helpful at anytime throughout the day. He answered my requests and phone calls in a timely manner. Raheel who installed my carpet was really nice,efficient and clean. He did a beautiful job and we really appreciated how he cleaned up when he was finished. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Rizwan recommended a great product at a fair market price and his installer was very polite, considerate and hard working. End product looks terrific and we are quite pleased!

What a difference a new carpet makes. Love Your Stairs just installed a new carpet on the basement stairs and basement floor. It is a beautiful light colour which brightens up the basement but the best part is walking on it where if feels like stepping on a cloud thank to the combination of quality carpet and under pad.

Mark, the installer, did a fantastic job of removing the old and laying the new. He never stopped and when finished you could see his quality professionalism and workmanship. He left the area clean and spotless.

Great quality product and installation.... excellent experience from start to finish. Rizwan was very responsive, knowledgeable, and delivery & installation were speedy.
There was just one thing that was a titch off-putting. We were given a cost quote of ~ $1750 - $2500. We were shown a full table of beautiful, high quality samples, and only after we fell in love with our choice, were told that the quoted cost range options were hidden in books around the table that we had not been shown..... So, it was much more costly (over $3200) than we were expecting, but great quality, and we know that you do get what you pay for with carpeting.
