Valerie Outmezg was my rep. From the moment I met her, she was professional, explained the process and helped me picked the best solutions for my windows. Dwayne who installs the product showed up on time and measured all the windows very quickly. If anyone was going to be late or a change in time, I was notified right away. Dwayne showed up to install and was quick and efficient.
