Valerie came to my home and helped me choose the right blinds from just me describing the look I wanted. She and her installer Dwayne did a great job. Fast, efficient and friendly.

Valerie insisted in coming to our house on a weeknight, right during the dinner hour with our children. She did not have ideas on how to decorate, or even colour suggestions. Instead she wanted us to make an on the spot decision about type and colour of the blinds. In the end, while we like the style of the blinds we chose, the colour for the kitchen blind clashes with our house (I was told that it would be an off white; in fact it is a distinct grey which does not go with our beige, chocolate and tan kitchen theme). Her prices are high, and she will nickle and dime at every turn, including not accepting credit cards without a higher fee. She did not reach out to ask if we were happy with the service--her only communication was re. money. You can get these blinds with better service elsewhere. Her installer is professional and very polite.

Val have been very helpful and patient with me throughout the process and I am very happy with the results. My husband is old school and traditionalist. He did not like the top-down bottom-up mechanism until he visited his friend's home who is a real estate agent. She had installed the same style in her house. If it is good for a real estate agent, it must be good for his home. Now he knows, he is on trend. Not many people is aware of this style.

Cover Me Window Decor supplied and installed custom roller shades for all the windows in our new home. The entire service was very professional, starting from design through to installation.

During the initial consulting visit at our home, Valerie helped us determine the right product to suit our needs, the required sizes for each window, and provide a quote. Production of the custom roller-shades was quick, and the installer was very clean and professional.

The final product is excellent, and fully meets our expectations in terms of quality, look and function.

These are 2 rooms in transition, still in progress, as we became empty nesters. We met Valerie at the Toronto Home Show, and she was one of the few exhibitors not sitting and busy with her phone! She was out front, smiling and greeting the people and simply being friendly and welcoming. We did not have to talk for long to know she understood what we were looking for, and we agreed to meet after the show wrapped up. She communicated well about appointments, arrived prepared, and was helpful in making the selection. She had enough samples to choose from, and did not overwhelm us with items that would not be suitable just because she has a large stock.
Her installer was also a pleasure to work with. Again they communicated about appointments to measure, and to install. There were a couple of delays on my part and she was patient and understanding. I would definitely recommend her for quality of service and product.
