Three Bro Squirrels won the bid to replace an aging roof on nine, three storey townhouses. I was impressed with the amount of time and explanation Tony provided me with upon my first meeting with him. He was quick to respond to all calls/texts. His team was professional and completed the job in 3.5 days! The roof looks great and we’re getting lots of compliments from surrounding neighbours.
The job wasn’t completed in succession and it would have been nice to know the teams day off and days needed for emergency jobs in advance as equipment and materials were left on the properties.
I highly recommend!

Fair price. Good product. Toni was quick to respond to questions about his work and products. Toni and his crew showed up when he said he would. Finished the job on time, cleaned up and professional. I had a couple loose shingles from some incredibly high winds 9 months after install, and they assured me from photos that I was OK with the rain coming. They showed up a few days later and made the repair. Great job !

After the May 4th wind storm our east york semi had a big area without shingles covered. After calling 20+ roofing companies we finally found Three Bro Squirrels Roofings who managed to squeeze in our fix in their already full schedule. The fix was super fast and nice. The company did a very good job installing a new flat roof on my sun room. Besides they work on schedule to complete the job before the next rain fall. I would definitely go with them again for future roofing jobs.

Freezing April showers in Toronto, forced us to hire a roofer to help with our leaky roof! Our roofer who didn’t finish the job on time left us in a wet situation and told us he wasn’t available until 3 days later. Greg re-did the roof over our extension. The company responded right away to my request. Tony was good with communicating when they would come for inspection. They inspected within 1 day and completed the job within two hours the next day. The price was very reasonable. We would definitely call them again.

Tony answered the phone right away, although we called after hours, and assessed our roof first thing in the morning. Everything was fixed in a timely manner, and we were happy.

Old 3 storey house reshingled. Done on time. Enough workmen to do it in a day. Added leaf covers to the eavestroughs and extra down spout between second and third floors. Area left clean . Price reasonable. Also did garage roof. Removed 3 layers of shingles and replaced some rotting boards.
