GTA Railings

This is just an update to my original Review from 2 years ago.
The company and product are excellent and we've had many compliments and referred them to friends of ours. We had an issue last month where the glass on the staircase had sightly slid down within the frame (nothing big). But when I contacted them they came out and professionally fixed this issue. I just want to say Thank-you as this is a company that backs up their product.

Premium product and excellent service received from initial inquiry through to final installation. Good selection and reasonable prices. Very informative, fast and friendly service. Highly recommend!

Mike contacted me after putting in a service request through Homestars. He was prompt, professional and quick to respond to queries via text. Plus, his prices were VERY competitive. We had some delays due to the company we hired to rebuild our porch. He was patient and even recommended a number of other people to do the job. Kenny and the installation crew were also great. Very happy with the result! We will definitely be recommending them to our friends and neighbours!

Thank you to Mike at GTA railings for the quick response to install our basement walkout / 48 inch high pool enclosure railing with self-closing gate. We were very happy with how quickly you came through, as we were in a time crunch with a city pool inspection on the horizon. Also a big thank you to Kenny who did the installation. He weathered the snow and freezing conditions and did a great job. He is a perfectionist and it shows! Thanks again! We would definitely recommend you to anyone who needs an aluminum railing!

Michael was easy to deal with. After a couple of text messages, he showed up on time to take measurements and brought actual samples for us to choose from. Gave him a deposit and he quoted a 2-3 weeks time frame for fabrication and install. It was done within specified time. I would recommend him to anyone looking for good reliable work done. We called Mike in because our front steps and our balcony railings were in dire need of replacing. He was very prompt in replying. Mike drove by, took measurements and was very thorough and professional when discussing our options. The whole process was quick and painless. Great service, very efficient - will definitely recommend. We are very happy with our new railings!

Mike first came out for a review and quote on Oct. 21st, and the installation took place on Nov. 9th. The team was very professional and I am very happy with the finished job.
The new porch railing now gives the front of the house a more finished look!

Mike was great. He was quick to respond to the request for estimate and prompt with setting up a meeting to arrange for measurements. Work was done in a reasonable time, approximately 2 weeks end to end. Recommend GTA railings!

GTA Railings did exactly what they promised! They were on time, professional and completed the whole job without us being home. When I got home from work they gave me a shout to make sure I was happy with the job. I will definitely use them again when we decide to add railings to our front porch.
