A1 Eco Mould & Asbestos Removal

I had two contractors to provide me with a quote to remove some asbestos tiles. I chose Warren for a number of reasons and I am glad I did. Warren is very informative. Over the phone he told me the procedures he'd use to remove the tiles. After knowing there was a flood once in my basement, he told me there might be mould (which he did identify in the site visit). It was good, because this wasn't on my radar.
Warren is very approachable. When I had questions, he provided a lot of usable information. During the work, he took pictures and sent me later on. I found the process is very transparent. I would highly recommend A1 ECO.

I've dealt with dozens of other companies on this site and I have to say these guys are the most professional by far. I contacted him in the evening and he came to my house the next morning. He was extremely honest and didn’t even charge me for the assessment. Doesn’t get any more honest than that….Also found him very friendly and knowledgeable. We have an old home with asbestos wrapped around the air duct registers. We called a few places and Warren was the most helpful and explained the steps in the removal process. Warren arrived to our house on time and explained the process again. We have 10 registers in the house and I was expecting to pay for 10, however, Warren discovered that there were only 4 registers that required removal. Warren did a great job at our commercial property. We had a drain pipe leak that affected a corner of the building and the damaged the drywall on the ground level as well as in the basement. Warren was swift in visiting the location and submitting a detailed estimate. On approval, he and his team did a good job of removing the drywall and mold remediation. The area was left clean and clear. Containment put up was profession and effective - the work did not disturb the rest of the business area in the building. Warren took extra steps to ensure the cleaned up area was dry and clear of any mold and moisture. I highly recommend A1 Eco to anyone considering a mold remediation project.
