Had water collecting under my basement tiles and I suspected a leak in the drain pipe.

Richard came recommended from a family friend and was very professional from start to finish.

He was responsive on the phone- I shared photos of the issue and we texted back-and-forth to get a preliminary idea of problem so he could come prepared with necessary parts/equipment.

He came over around the scheduled time and proceeded to identify the source of the leak (a busted pipe on the ground floor), replaced the damaged drain pipe, and cleaned up.

He was generous with his time and was kind enough to help me with a couple of unrelated issues around my ~80 year old house (which we hadn't previously discussed) and installed a gutter downspout extension.

I will call him back for future projects and would not hesitate recommending him to friends and family.

I called Richard he came on time fixed my leak and cleaned up after himself once the job was completed . Great to work with and I will use him again.
