I hired Sam to sand and stain the deck and repair damaged parts of the fence. He inspected it thoroughly and suggested a power wash, followed by sanding n staining. The finished work exceeded my expectations. Sam is punctual, organized, pays attention to details, very helpful with additional asks and reliable. We have employed Sam for a number of jobs; this fence project was done just the way we wanted it, saving money where possible by re-using good wood, etc. He bought the needed new wood, screws, and estimated well.
He came according to schedule, worked quickly and efficiently, took suggestions well, solved problems that came up. When the fence was complete, he took away all the bad wood and even a couple of our large items to throw in his van to the dump.

My old house needed so many little work here and there, plumbing, electricity, installation, paint.....I was worried that I have to hire so many different handymen, and its going to cost me a lot of money and finding a good one was another challenge. One of my relatives who used this company recommended them and she told me how happy she was with the result. So I went a head and hire them, and was best decision I have made. What a stress free experience. Beside the good price and amazing attitude, his skills and being able to fix everything around the house to our satisfaction was fantastic. I definitely will use them again and recommend them 100%.

Hired Saeed for a painting job over a year ago and he was able to finish the job in time even though there were streaks of wall paint on furniture, hood etc. that could have been avoided. Saeed also replaced the carpet in the basement with vinyl flooring and I recently realized, after a home inspector and a general contractor both stated that the basement flooring was installed by an amateur and subsequently doing research on the subject, that the planks have not been staggered properly with multiple H joints, which would result on weak spots in the floor and increased risk of loosening over time. At the time of installation, I was not familiar with flooring (first time homeowner and hired Saaed two days after moving in) and therefore missed the opportunity to ask for a rectification. However, now I realize that I ended up with a non-professional job that will translate into a shorter lifespan for these vinyl planks.

On the positive side, Saeed was polite and on time and tried to be accommodating and therefore I would recommend him for simple jobs that require less planning.

Sam did an excellent job fixing up all the incomplete work done by the flooring installation company outsourced through home depot. He was able to point out all the issues even the ones I did not noticed and took the right amount of time to fix it so that it looks like a clean and complete job. He cleans up after himself really well unlike a lot of other contractors. I will definitely reach out to him for future work as I've had enough bad experiences now and do not want to deal with those anymore.

Saeed and Masood did an excellent job in renovating my condo. We have installed new flooring, replace kitchen countertop, backsplash, repaint cabinets, install new kitchen sink, repaint the entire unit and so on. What I like about them is they are very patient, professional and honest. I am extremely happy with their work and would definitely work with them in the future. Thank you both!

The job this time involved modernizing the kitchen. Without saying anything, he and his partner fixed wall flaws and cracks in other rooms. Much appreciated. The work in the kitchen involved installing Pot Lights, kitchen cabinet updating with paint and modern handles, painting the kitchen walls and ceiling as well as the dining room. He also plastered a ceiling damaged by rainwater. Sam will return in a few weeks to install a modern counter top on order.
Sam is polite and gives wonderful suggestions. He demands perfection in his work and provides it.
