They were quick and clean. My children were still even able to use the yard in the evenings. It was done ahead of schedule. With some unforseen water damage in the bathroom he repaired the extra damage very cheap for in my opinion a loss to himself. I would recommend him to anyone.

We had Jerry and Tim out to properly vent our bathroom fan - something that the original contractor neglected to do. We were happy with their prompt, courteous service, together with a job well done. Tim also went above and beyond the installation and inspected our attic while doing the work, assuring us everything was in good condition. We will use this company when it comes time to redo our roofing.

We had Jerry do our roof last year and was statisfied with the professionasim we recieved. He explain all the work that will be done, even offer a recommendation on what colour we should do for the roof. The crew were polite and did a good job of cleaning up afterward. Over we are happy with the service we recieved and would recommend them.

I hired this company to install hardwood floors in my living room and family room, the contract was signed on January 25, 2016. The floors were installed shortly after that within 5 days. Payment was made in full to the owner before they left. I was told to look things over and let them know what I wasn't satisfied with. The worker that installed the floors did return to the house to fix some of the deficiencies but said he needed to return to finish-up. I had the owner in a month ago to review the deficiencies and he agreed there were things to be fixed and he would look after it - he spent time gathering the information and recorded it but did not pass it on to the worker, I had to go through things again when he came 2 weeks ago - he did a few things but still didn't finish. After calling the contractor many times since last week with no answer - no luck reaching him no return call, I decided to call the owner to discuss the issue again. He was extremely rude and very defensive on the phone, making the issue personal and told he was voiding the warranty on the floors. It has been a very frustrating and upsetting 8 to 10 weeks trying to get this flooring job finished. The next step will be hiring another company to finish and pay more for a job I already paid in full to have done.

After getting 4 quotes, I decided to try one more as Jerry had left a business card at my door. I'm glad I called. Jerry was able to work out a very good price compared to other quotes.
Gerry explained all the work to be done, explained how he's committed to excellent craftsmanship and how he builds above code. He's fully insured which is important and he is frequently endorsed by a home inspector. He encourages getting opinions from references which was also important to me. His staff of 5 very polite gentleman showed up promptly and did a great job. They cleaned up everything after the job was completed, and I'm more than happy to recommend this company if you want great value for your money. One of the quotes was $2500.00 above his price which was ridiculous.
