I bought their townhouse in Apr, 2020. They promised to return the land tax deposit of 2020 when I finish the tax payment. You know what, they unreasonably refused the refund after I paid the tax.

I moved in my newly built home June in year 2019 and going through 30day and 1year worranty process. It is an absolute nightmare. The builder is unbelievably irresponsible for their work. I found water leaks in my cold room and one side of my basement wall (finished). All five of my basement windows are warped and crooked. The tracks of the window are chipped. These are all upgraded windows that I paid extra. The builder refused to repair water leak and told me to dry them whenever it rains. The builder also told me that as long as window can be operatable, they will not replace them. They will only clean and put silicon on the chipped area. The builder advised me that Trion conciliation inspecion will be only 15min water test and open/close windows, and these will not help my claim. Please check my photos and do not make same mistake as I did.

The worst company ever! For $900,000.00 cost townhouse I have cheapest and worst windows, doors, bath stuff etc.
even the entrance door is looking like the WC door in Tim Hortons.
2 years we still are waiting for 2-nd asphalt layer

Don’t deal with this company. Never!!!

They are the most irresponsible builder I have ever deal with. Some of their design consultant has no knowledge but only focuses on pushing you to spending more on upgrades.

Our house that is currently under construction, had some inappropriate graffiti drawn on the Tyvek wrapping on the second floor exterior.
When it was brought to Treasure Hills attention, we received no form of an apology but was told that we weren’t welcome on their site. This information was relayed to us by their lawyers.
Had we not visited the site, they would have placed the incorrect bricks and window on our house, as they had started to. They were informed that that was not was our purchase agreement and instead of apologizing, they made it seem like they were doing us a favor by fixing the issues they created
Customer Service is non existent. Take your business elsewhere!!!
