The Gentry team was very professional. Not only was the work done on time it met our expectations. The roof looks great and came in on budget.

Workmanship, excellent. Very quick and left the property very clean. Price point very reasonable and customer service outstanding.

Mike provided a free estimate for us and suggested a shingle colour that would work well with the colour scheme of our house which looks great now that it has been installed.

His employees showed up on time and were very professional. Most importantly they worked safely and were tied off while working on the roof. They cleaned up at the end of the first day and again when they were all finished on the second day.

Overall, a great job and would recommend to anyone who asks.

We had our roof replaced in 2008, noticed a small leak in our back bedroom ceilling, put a call out to gentry, within 24 hrs we had Mark come out and take a look, next day his crew were out and repaired the roof (no charge) it may have been caused by an animal or from the crazy amount of storms we have had this year. Thanks so much guys, we totally appreciate how quickly this was delt with, next day it rained heavy and we are happy to report no more leak....

I had a pleasure to deal with Mike from Gentry Roofing. Mike is a very professional individual who ensures that customers that deal with him understand every aspect of the job that will be performed on their house. Mike helped us pick out the colour and even gave us different addresses with the specific colour of shingles just so we could see it on the actual roof. The job was delayed by two weeks due to weather but during that time Mike was updating us on when the job will be performed.
The Gentry roofing crew was very professional. Started the job on time, cleaned up after each day of work and performed a full sweap of my area and neighbours to ensure that no nails or other debree was left behind. Once the job was done Mike came in went over and verified that nothing was missed and provided me with the appropriate documents.

Other roofing companies should be taking lessons from Gentry Roofing on how to talk to the customers and how to perform a proper roofing job.

Retrofit was completed in 2015. Sales pitch was great however our roof has continued to leak for the last two years. They replied to our calls at the beginning and have now forgotten all about us. We have leaks throughout our building.
