I would reccomend Moses and his team to everyone. He responded quick to my request, came for a quote at my earliest convenience. I felt like he really took the time to explain to me which brands are better than others with alot of knowlegde to back it up. I took his advice and I'm glad I did! His work ethics are very professional and he left the working area very clean. I will definitely be calling Makhoul Mechanical for all of my HVAC needs.

Moses is the ultimate pro. Last night (-20 degrees) I called him and he agreed to come out and diagnose. He was at my place in 30 minutes. I had an old (25 years) furnace. He recommended a new install. We went with a RUUD product and I am happy. When on site, Moses and his team were meticulous and ensured I was happy. He also installed a Smart Thermostat for me. Moses truly cares about his work. He went the extra mile for me and my family. This was a great experience.

I got 3 quotes for a new Furnace and AC. Moses gave me the best quote and was not trying to sell to gouge me. As he works for himself he did the quote and the job. So didn't have to pay for overhead (receptionist etc)
He did the job 2 days later and was so easy to talk to and he was super professional. I am happy with my warn running furnace! waiting to use my AC in the summer!

It has been a hot summer and my air conditioner was losing efficiency and wasn't cooling well anymore.

Moses (owner) was very knowledgeable, answered my many questions and provided a product brochure. The job was complicated as it needed a crane rental to access and it was a small space to work in. Both Moses and TJ (employee) arrived on time, were polite and professional. Both respected of my property, replaced an old air conditioner with a new KeepRite air conditioner (with cooling pipes and other accompaniments). They double checked and tested everything before leaving. Price is reasonable (as I compared with Reliance and EnerCare.) KeepRite offers 10 year parts warranty (when you register on their website) and Makhoul Mechanical Inc. offers 1 year labour warranty. Overall, they exceeded my expectations and I would recommend the company for your HVAC needs!

We were drowning in cool waters in December when the furnace on our home - the home we were selling - stopped working. Moses came by immediately to inspect and gave us a price and timeline for completion the same day. We have two small children and he and his team were incredibly polite, friendly, and did everything they could to finish removing and installing an entirely new furnace in a few hours to get our family warm again!

Flash forward a few months to our new home, where the AC stopped working in the recent heat wave. There was no hesitation when that happened, no stress, as we knew it would be taken care of. Moses came out a long way to our new home and installed again a new furnace and AC unit, upgraded the venting, pipes and moved the fan on the outside of the house to a neater, safer position out of the way of the kids.

Moses and the Makhoul folks literally brought my family out from the old and into the new. I would recommend them to anyone in the GTA and beyond. This is going to sound super cheesy, but if you need HVAC services and are looking for a company to trust with your home, Makhoul Mechanical is it!

Our air conditioner stopped working in the middle of a heatwave. Moses came by and took a look at it for free and gave us some options to replace it.
