Roy was great! He found out the cause of the issue very fast - under 15 mins! He walked me through our options and next steps then promptly ordered the new part. He was able to track down the required part and had it shipped next day! As soon as the part arrived, Roy called to setup a time to install the fix! Quality and honesty- 100% would recommend Roy to family and friends! Thanks!

Found the problem quickly. Showed up early of the specified time. I prefer early than late! Roy came back and fixed the washing machine quickly and it works great! I will definitely call Roy again when I need repairs.

Roy, the service guy , came in next day and done all the jobs. He did really excellent job. I was very happy with the service. Roy came to fix my AC and laundry dryer. He's very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He patiently took time to explain everything to me and tell me how to regularly maintain the appliances. Upon request, he also checked my stove and fridge, and he's very kind to explain how those minor issues occur and what I can do to address them on my own without having to spend money on major repairs. The upper oven door of my nearly 10 year old Maytag Gemini electric stove got locked with an error code F-9-2. I could not open it myself despite disconnecting power and restarting. So I made the call to Roy who was able to come in the evening (my preferred hour) on short notice. Roy was able to fix the issue quickly and provided suggestions to avoid this issue in future. I was surprised to receive a followup call after a week asking if every thing was working alright. Not many trades people check back to see if their customers are satisfied.
