Installed new roof

Fantastic work. Exceeded out expectations. Some of the best money spent. Eliminated significant attic mold - replacing most of the plywood, adding baffles and adjusting insulation, connecting bathroom exhaust to roof duct, torched an area prone to ice buildup and leaking, fixed two gutters to ensure proper drainage, did full cleanup and matched pool shed roof to main house. You simply cannot find any better roofing contractor than Nimi and his team.

Professional and friendly service from the beginning to the end of the project. Did a job well done, arrived on time, used the product we chose per estimate, price is reasonable and cleaned up the work area. Despite the rain on the installation day, they continued to work diligently and finished the work in the shortest possible time. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a roofing company. Nimi and his crew were efficient, polite and completed the work within the time frame discussed. I think they did a great job at a reasonable price.
They also did a great clean up job afterward.

Nimi and his team were fast and the work was done with great care of my property and that of my neighbors. His price was very competitive and we couldn't be happier with the quality. Nimi, and his crew, were consummate professionals during the installation of my new roof. My home has a very steep roof and some other companies didn’t even want to quote on it.

The crew of 5 arrived exactly on time and started promptly at 8:00am both days. They were very careful not to damage any of my flower beds and landscaping. The clean up was impeccable on both days.

I was 100% satisfied with the installation of my Landmark Pro Designer series shingles, 9 air vents and 2 bathroom vents (with piping). Excellent service, reasonable pricing and an all around nice person to deal with.

Roof replacement

Shingles replaced, flashing and metal replaced, synthetic underlay, inspected attic interior for any issues. . Nimi and his team were phenomenal. Got 4 quotes and he was the most honest and fair professional I encountered. Their home star rating was a big factor for me. And I now know why he is rated so well.
Came when he said he would, finished quickly, laid tarps and cleaned up both days. Top quality job at a fair price. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. Great job team.
