We had a great experience with Nimi and the Leading On Edge Roofing crew. Wonderful communication, fast, efficient, clean, and professional.

Services: Replace room shingles, replace damaged roof sheathing, add ventilation vents, add bathroom exhaust fan vent hook up (for future installation).

Job took 1.5 days to complete.

Without a doubt one of the best and most honest contractors out there. Nimi was quick to respond when we had a leak on the roof. He showed up within 2 hours and fixed our problem within 30 minutes. We recently moved in to our home in Toronto and the home inspection indicated that the plumbing stack on the roof needed immediate repair. It was held together with duct tape. Found leading on edge roofing through homestars. Nimi came out and fixed the issue quickly and for a fair price. He was very friendly! Highly recommend.

Nimi at Leading On Edge Roofing was without a doubt the best end to end contractor experience i've had out of all my home repair/maintenance jobs.

He was at my house the same day to provide a quote and actually went on the roof to make sure what he up against. He provided the best quote out of 6 companies I contacted. We wanted black shingles but they were out of stock. He contacted every supplier in the city to get me the colour we wanted. He was able to get the job scheduled with 7 days and the crew showed up promptly at 7am that day to get started.

They finished the whole job in 1.5 days and cleaned up like you didn't even know they were ever there. Even my neighbours commented on the clean up.

I'm big on attention to detail and quality of work but I had nothing to say but wow and thanks !

Nimi was prompt in his contacts, swift in the responses to the request for quote and all other inquiries, was on schedule, accommodating in coordinating with other unrelated work at the same site and he and his team were very efficient during the installation.

What was particularly noteworthy (already considering that the above is a level of professionalism not always encountered) is that Nimi provided uncomplicated solutions to roofing problems that were worrying me – soffit ventilation plus bathroom exhaust – and also offered some simple suggestions for aesthetic enhancements to the roof.

Nimi encountered some damaged boards and made the associated replacement and delivered on everything that had been agreed – which was comprehensive and completely aligned with the recommended best practices I had researched online.

It has now been six weeks since the new roof installation, with plenty of rain during this period, and the roof is performing impeccably!

Nimi and his crew were amazing! They arrived really early and got started - they finished the entire house in ONE day (3200 square foot home).
They even installed a tube skylight for the kids bathroom.
The crew was polite and courteous and when they were done they made sure every piece of garbage and roofing nail was cleaned up!
We are very pleased with Leading Edge and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a roofing company!
