Over the past two years, we have had Torcan do various renovations/repairs to our home. These include new eaves through, down spouts, leaf guards and aluminum capping.
Andrew, the owner, is honest and reliable and prices are very competitive. Workmanship is excellent using top quality materials.
Job site cleanup was also excellent.
We would not hesitate to recommend Torcan to others and will be using Andrew and his crew again in the near future.

The entire roof had to be replaced and Andy made good suggestions re the shingle available and the underlay. The work was done promptly and professionally. He added two more vents for the roof. The price was reasonable. I've already recommended them to my sister. Great jobs guys.

We were looking to address the external wooden part of our bay windows and wooden posts as the weather was causing the wood to mold and rot. We were referred to Andrew at Torcan, who was warm and friendly and was very welcoming to our ideas.

Andrew explained about what he could do to help with aluminium capping and was able to give us firsthand exposure to his handiwork. He pointed out the pros and cons of the colours we were deciding on before we made our final decision. He also provided some brilliant suggestions on colours and helped us with a vision on how it would look in the end. As well he came across some challenges due to flaws from the work of the original builder and was able to fix the problem for us.

Andrew was a true professional from beginning to end. He was prompt in providing a quote for the job, worked with us to arrive at a solution that was within our budget, provided updates on timelines when delivery of siding was delayed from manufacturer. He and his crew were on time to begin the job, very tidy and did an exceptional job. I would highly recommend Andrew and will not hesitate to use him again in the future.

Andrew's team did all the soffit, eaves and facia on my large, 5 plex rental home. They did a great job! On time, on budget and very professional. They even did a small decorative paint job add on for me to match the new eaves. Very accommodating.

I am fully satisfied with the work done by Andrew and his crew. Andrew was very accommodating with my requests. He was on time and finished all the works in one day with his crew. He also fixed previous work done by a contractor who did not do his job correctly. He made true his promise to come back the next day to install some missing parts which were not available on the day of install. I made my due diligence and canvassed from several contractors. He gave a price that was reasonable and at par with some, but the true test came on the job execution. I was able to test their work as it rained right after the install and I saw that they did a good job. He has promised to come back to check on my roof and I know he will do a great job again.
