Legacy Windows & Doors

We picked Legacy Windows & Doors to replace all the windows and one sliding door of our 30-year-old house, and it turned out that we made a fabulous decision! Legacy provided the best quality products and services at the best price.
Jayden was our sales rep, and he was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable about the product, which helped us make our decision. The installation was done by Jordan's team, with help from Alex. Every member was hardworking, nice, polite, and professional. The installation was punctual and well-organized, and the jobsite always was nice and clean. They tried their very best to finish their work to our satisfaction. Derek communicated with us through the whole process. He was patient and kind, always kept us connected and treated us with kindness and courtesy.
We absolutely love our new windows and door. They are perfect! We feel happy and cozy with them.

We were continually impressed with the Legacy crew's professionalism and skill when they were in our home doing the installation. They were kind, thoughtful of our space, meticulously cleaned up their work area at the end of each day, and the best part, they were perfectionists. Kyle was great to work with and guided us through choosing what we needed and what would best suit our home. We could not have asked for a better all-around experience with Legacy. From visiting the showroom to the installation of our windows and doors, every person was nothing short of excellent.

First of all, the product looks amazing! Top quality windows and doors. True professionals from management, right down to the crews doing the work. We had our windows replaced, a slider removed, a door opening moved with new door installation. These guys did everything, from the demo, to the framing and drywall. They even managed to find a match for the exterior siding and install that too! Jordan and his crew were great! Whenever I saw him when I came home from work, he was always updating me with their progress, and what their plan was for the next day. Jayden and Derek were just as awesome with their communication, and updates, and to answer any questions we had before, during, and after the work. Great team from top to bottom!

As amazing as the product is, and as awesome as everybody was, my favourite part about the whole process was how they cleaned up after themselves every day. Coming from a career in construction, I understand how tough it is to maintain a tidy work area. I don’t do them enough justice by saying that after they left, there was no indication of anyone having worked there, other than the new windows!

I recently had my patio door replaced and want to give a big thumbs-up to the team at Legacy Windows. From beginning to end of this project the experience was terrific!! From my first engagement it was apparent this company has great skills and knowledge and a strong Customer centric approach to business. I received valued insights and advice on choosing a quality door product and the project planning was comprehensive. It included on site visits from a subject matter expert to ensure measurements and custom requirements were fully understood. Door delivery and install logistics were well communicated and the install team did quality work and I appreciated their efforts to manage within Covid protocols and keep an organized and cleaned-up workspace. We are extremely pleased with the brand new windows we have! Legacy windows replaced 16 windows and 1 sliding patio door for us. Kyle explained the differences in windows in layman's terms and made it easy to commit to Legacy Windows. The installation team was talented and respectful. The end result is exceptional. My wife and I own a rental house on the west side of Vancouver. It was actually the house I grew up in. The house is currently occupied by our daughter, son-in-law, and our two grandchildren. This year we decided to replace the seventy year old single pane windows with much more energy efficient double pane windows. We chose Legacy for a couple of reasons. First, good reviews on Home Stars and second familiarity with Milgard windows. Although, because of the Covid pandemic, we have yet to see the new windows our tenants are thrilled. They feel they are living in a new house and it is so much warmer.

Legacy gave us thoughtful advice and guidance throughout, and despite the challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic, the highly professional crew did an excellent job with every aspect of the installation. Compliments just keep on coming --"It's like a new house!" -- so our thanks again to everyone at Legacy for their great work.

If you are thinking of replacing windows in your house, we recommend that you go with Legacy Windows. They are very experienced, honest, reliable, hardworking and efficient.
We had three windows and a patio door replaced by them a week ago.

Jordan and Luke worked non-stop from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and skillfully removed the old windows, the door and all the wooden trim around them, and then installed the new ones as well as the new trim. They didn’t even break for lunch!
Once done, they carried out all the debris, including the old windows, from our backyard into their truck leaving no trace behind.

We are very impressed with the end result, the high quality of the product, and full of admiration for how knowledgeable and adept the two young men were.

We would also like to thank Kyle, Derek and Alex for their prompt responses to our countless questions, their professionalism, and very positive attitudes.

We researched several companies in the field and settled on Legacy for many reasons. 1) Kyle the sales rep was great, he was prepared, to the point, and invited us to their showroom which helped sell us even more. 2) Jason and his installers were top notch professional and just a lot of fun to have around also. 3) Top quality Canadian made windows that upgraded our home value for sure. 4) The trim we added around our windows was done expertly. 5) the not unexpected few glitches were delt with fully and relatively quickly by Legacy. Great service from beginning to end. All the staff we dealt with were professional and courteous. The new front door is shorter than the old one, so the interior trim had to be removed and reinstalled. Installers took the time to remove and reinstall the trim without damaging it.
We now have so much natural light coming in we love it!
