Legacy Windows & Doors

I had contacted Legacy Windows & Doors while researching a number of companies for our window renovation project. We ultimately decided to go with Legacy because of their professionalism, prompt correspondence, and attention to detail. In the end, we were very pleased with our decision and would not hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends.

Peter, the project manager, was great. He was always readily available – even when he was on vacation or out of town. If there were ever an issue, Peter was quick to help me resolve them and feel at ease. I was particularly appreciative and impressed with the installers - Jordan and his crew. Jordan and his team worked tirelessly to ensure all my concerns were promptly addressed and they were very respectful of my home. They understood I have an infant child and worked hard to ensure my home was kept clean and tidy.

The only concern, if I had any, would be the initial project delay. They were supposed to start on a Tuesday afternoon but did not arrive on site until around noon the next day. However, this was the least of my concerns as the quality of work and correspondence are what I value most.

In short, Legacy offers very competitive pricing and their quality of work is second to none. Their level of customer service is exemplary as well. It was a pleasure to work with them.

Replaced 3 bedroom windows and facia trim. Excellent quality of work, everything was cleaned up and the crew was very polite, professional and personable!

We replaced most of the windows in our home a year and a half ago. We chose Legacy over other companies because of their professionalism, the speed with which they responded to our requests, and the quality of the product. Peter listened to what we wanted and provided lots of information about options.
The installation happened over two days and was done neatly and quietly. We were able to go about our business with hardly any disruption, and there was no mess to clean up afterwards.
With our old aluminum frame windows we had difficulty sliding them horizontally, and vertically, but the new vinyl windows perform beautifully. You don't have to have the muscles of a bodybuilder to lift them! They're easy to clean and look terrific. Would highly recommend Legacy Windows.

We replaced our patio doors -The guys were total professionals and did an excellent job, i highly recommend them .

We were very impressed with Peter and his team. The were professional, competitively priced and delivered quality products and installation.

They solved a glass-block shower windows situation for us that other contractors had no idea to tackle or said would require retitling work in the shower.

Full window replacement. 18 windows and 1 sliding glass door. Jayden worked with us over a substantial period of time changing out our dated arched windows to a more modern look. Worked through many options regarding different coatings on the glass versus triple glaze.

He worked with us when we noted a few issues with the glass (no fault of Legacy or Vinyltek) and insured we had timely replacements. He even insisted on us not paying the final amount until everything was squared away.

I would highly recommend Jayden and his crew for anyone looking for new windows. Great group.

This was the second time we worked with Jayden and Alex. We replaced 3 exterior doors a few year ago and where very happy with the final result and experience with Legacy.

This year we wanted to update our aging aluminium windows as well as the replace vinyl siding.
We talked with other siding and window vendors and ultimately decided to go wit Legacy ounce more.

As with the first job, Jayden came over for a site visit, determined the scope of the job and provided a timely quote. Ounce we made our final decision and signed off on the quote. Jayden and Alex came back to the house to talk about a timetable and make design choices.

Work started and completed on the predetermined dates. They arrived on day one and immediately started the work. Alex and his crew always do the little a great job. They complete there work and leave almost no trace of any work done. They used vacuum cleaners as they removed the old windows to minimize dust and debris inside the house. They cleaned all the new windows off when installed as well as scrub the new siding.

Ounce completed they left the worksite in the same conduction as it was when they started and picked up every single piece of debris found around the house.

Legacy Windows & Doors will continue to be our go-to for any such renovation work and I will recommend them to anyone that is looking for a window, door and siding contractor.
