I manage a building that houses marginalized people and we have very little money. I was looking to have a retractable wall and they were way beyond our budget. So my Asset Manager recommended I call Joseph Leung who he had worked with in the past to see if he could do anything for us. Joseph was at my office about 3 hours after I called him and presented a creative way to use a blind as a wall. It seemed like it would look really weird to me, but it was better than nothing and Joseph was offering it at a price that we could afford. When they came to install the blind/wall, it looked so much better than I ever imagined it would. They were not satisfied until it was perfect in every way. They even painted a piece a wood to look exactly like the metal of my window so it would look seamless. Throughout the whole experience, Joseph was sweet, kind, generous, patient, creative, professional and funny. I highly recommend Joseph. He is quite simply amazing.

I got the motorized blinds installed around May of 2012. They are awesome and everytime I have guests over they mention how cool the blinds are.

Anyhow there were a couple of mishaps with the parts in the beginning during installation, but Karen made sure everything turned out okay.

In addition, I had a motor blow out on me in November and again Karen handled the situation promptly. Alot of times companies will just ignore you after you have paid, but Budget Blinds takes good care of you afterwards because they value your business.

I'd highly recommend Budget Blinds to anyone who is looking to install new blinds as they have good prices and very good integrity.

4 years ago, we installed a home full of blinds with varying features. They are the Originally installed a house full of blinds - varying features. They are the type that keep the heat in the winter and keep it cool during the summer. They are amazing. Our dog tore through one of the blinds on the back door during an attempt to get out to relieve himself. We sat with it for 3 years. I finally inquired about having it repaired and heard that there is a 5 year - no questions asked - replacement policy. They came and replaced the blind for free. At the same time we needed to add a black out blind to a room that was an office but is now a nursery. Joseph, our sales representative, found a suitable inexpensive option. We love budget blinds!
