Tower Moving

I went with Tower because of their relatively competitive rate and a referral from another service provider. After using them they were almost double the amount of time quoted by several other moving companies and ended up costing me significantly more than expected. I have used several different movers and 10-20% variance to a quote is expected however they went almost double what I know to be a reasonable moving time for a unit of my size.

Our move was short -- just across the street -- but going from a condo to a townhouse without super-accessible parking didn't stop Tower Moving from being very helpful and efficient. Not only did they get us moved in quickly, they were courteous and aided us in taking apart and putting together the bigger furniture pieces. Would definitely use them again if and when I move!

Neil and Juan helped me with our big move 2 weeks ago. They came on time and were very professional from start to finish. They maximized the use of their time and moved a lot of heavy boxes with the fewest trips to the elevator as possible. They wrapped all our furniture with blankets or shrink wraps and took great care in transporting fragile items. It was amazing how much they were able to store in their truck in an organized fashion. We had some issues with the service elevator in our new building and they managed to finish the job despite all the obstacles and commotions we had to deal with in a highly stressful day. Ryan personally dropped off and picked up the green totes which helped me greatly to pack and organize our items. I would highly recommend Tower Moving to anyone who is looking for a professional, efficient and reliable company to help with your next move.

We have moved many times and Tower Moving has been the worst experience. Showed up late, two days of "standard" moving days turned into two 14 hour days and another half day. Items were damaged and even paid for insurance and now trying to get repairs done is next to impossible. Items that were put together now have to be re-done. Left messages, emails and a registered letter and no response. Very disappointing as we wanted to support the "small" size business but next time it will be back to the proven companies.

Pricing is consistent with other moving companies I called. Very professional, the staff was very prompt and worked efficiently to wrap up furniture and move all items and boxes out of my previous condo and into my new condo.

I recommended them to a client to use and they wanted to show up 5 hours late from the time booked and my client's condo was closing that day and she had to be out of her condo urgently. I wasn't impressed with their ability to juggle jobs that day. I had to find another moving company who could help us.
