Exceptional people to work with. Jody discusses, plans and designs the renovation project with you in an easy, no pressure and professional manner. Before the project is slated to begin, Jody provides a comprehensive schedule of dates for the entire project, outlining what will be happening on each day. This schedule is very well adhered to throughout the entire project and if there are unforeseen changes because of things that they would not have been able to predict, Jody promptly modifies the schedule so that progress is being made every day and the project completes on time. The crew is fantastic and consists of Rob (Foreman) with Mike and Austin. These guys are great. They are punctual, work hard, they know what they are doing and they are respectful, nice to speak with and they keep you updated on what was done each day. They work with subcontractors for the tiling, electrical, counter tops and glass for shower and the impression is that these are carefully selected through experience. All of the subcontractors were exceptional, and having the same characteristics as the main crew (punctual, hard working, excellent work, respectful, keep you updated). Our renovation consisted of a complete tear out and redo of the ensuite bathroom, complete tear out and redo of the kitchen, flooring and powder room. All together Jody's original schedule was followed well and the whole project from start to finish was completed in 6 weeks.
